THE PROJECT
Who are we? – Introduction to the project
How was the project Entangled food histories born?
If we have to say the truth, the project was born on a train, Giacomo and Sofia were going on a small trip on Saturday, and she asked him if he had already read the call for organization of summer or winter school sent the day before. And he answered yes, but they agreed that it would be too complicated to participate. After ten silent minutes, he said that he had a topic in mind. And from that moment, the project started.
